 Type: Full Time

The Holiday Inn, Winchester a 141 bedroom hotel on the outskirts of Winchester seek an F&B Assistant Manager to join their F&B Team. Working across our Restaurant, Bar and banqueting departments.

You will assist and deputise for our Restaurant & Bar Managers, running shifts and supervising staff. You will assist with the on-going training of the team, ensuring brand standards are met.

This is a guest facing role so we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

This would suit an experienced F&B Supervisor with Hotel and Rosette experience. A dedicated and passionate team player with a willingness to learn and progress.

Housekeeping Assistants

Our long established Housekeeping team need some new members to join them in the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. Various days and hours are available.

Previous experience of working within a hotel would be great but not essential as full training can be given.

We are looking for a night porter to join our nights team.

You will be assisting on reception overnight with the checking in and out of late arrivals and early departures. Dealing with guest queries and meertng the needs of our guests as they arise. 

You will also look after the security of the building and guests overnight which will include the complation of security walks.

Other duties will include the setting up of conference rooms ready for the nex day and cleaning of the public area of the hotel. You will also prepare a limited 24 hours room service menu of sandwiches etc if required.

The ideal candidate will be happy working nights as your shift will start at 11pm and end in the morning at 7:30am. You will be working 40 hours per week on a rota with other colleagues which could include weekends.

We are looking to recruit a Nights Supervisor to assist in the heading up of our Nights team. You will be based on reception dealing with guest queries and meeting the needs of guests as they arise. You will be capable of running the team when on duty ideally you will be computer literate as you will be required to print off night reports ready for the next days business, along with other general administrative duties as required.

You will assist in security walks of the building, and the setting up of conference rooms for the next day. Some cleaning of public areas will also be required as well as the preparation of a limited 24 hour room service menu.

You will work 40 hours per week on a rota with other colleagues which include some weekends. Hours are 11pm through until 7:30am.
